Howdy. Didn't end up running today. I did do about 3 hours of overhead drywall work (mostly sanding) though, and also went out at 5:00PM in 95 degree heat and pruned the bushes and mowed the yard. While none of that really compares to running, I still "did work" and sweated a ton. Hope you all had a good day!

WU: 4' AMRAP of: 3 pull ups, 6 push ups, 9 squats, 12 jumping jacks TR=5+ 3,6,8 Strength and conditioning: 15-12-10-8-6-4-2 of hang squat cleans@65#; follow each set of HSC's with a 250m run TT~9' Notes: I was continually interrupted during this metcon by my children and the arborist, hence the time estimate. This was tough, but doable. The HSC's were terrible. Hope you have a good evening.

I hate being interrupted during a workout too, but I guess that's just something we have to deal with working out at home. That and the heat. Ha ha. Hope you have a good night.
