Good Monday morning. Three 14 hour days coming up here. I'm just trying to get some pull-ups and a metcon in during that time. The next big session is planned for Thursday. Hope you all have a good one!

WU: it's 104° in the garage, none needed Strength: EMOM for 10 minutes of: front squat 3*135# and 3 DHPU Conditioning: 7' AMRAP of: 3 power cleans @135# and 7 box jumps TR=8 with 2 seconds to spare Nice little workout. The FS's were all A2G narrow stance. The conditioning put it on me! I laid down on the floor for about 3 minutes after it was over. Soccer camp was hot and it is nice to see #1 playing with older kids and being challenged. He's ready to go back tomorrow.

Front Squats and DHPUs followed by PCs and Box Jumps? That all sounds rough, but especially in that heat. Glad #1 is being challenged at soccer camp. I got off a little early today and came home (only a 12 hour day) with time to workout, but ended up taking a rest day instead. I got a sore throat late this morning and it has gotten worse throughout the day. I feel pretty decent other than that, but figured I'd give my body a chance to fight that off. Might be out of town tomorrow night too so I will try to rest and hopefully workout on Thursday. It's just been a rough stretch working 60+ hours a week for 3 weeks straight and working even harder at the house on the weekends. My immune system is probably in the toilet right now. Well, all you can do is rest and take some of Granddaddy's Cough Syrup I guess.
