WU: 4' AMRAP of: 5 four count flutter kicks, 5 push ups, 5 jump squats, 5 jumping jacks TR=6 Conditioning: 7RFT: 14 c2b, 28 ab mat sit ups, 14 push press @95# TT=29'10" This one looked a lot easier on paper. It was tough by round 5, especially the push press. The AMSU's were tough as well. Hope your throat gets better.

Yeah, that's a boat load of reps of all of those and they are all hard movements. Good stuff. Throat is still hurting here. I have one more long day tomorrow an hopefully that will be it for a while. Just taking time off to give my body a break.
