WU: 3' AMRAP of: 3 DHPU, 6 close grip push ups, 9 a2g squats TR=5 Strength: HPS 3*3@115# then Front Squats 3*3@165# TT~7' Conditioning: 3 rounds of: 1' of SU's, 1' of 24" box step ups, 1' of max effort run on treadmill $out: 15 TTB and 15 touch and go DL's@135# Wasn't really feeling it today...weak sauce on HPS and FS. Started heavier but backed off and reset. The conditioning was fine, could have done that all day. Busy week to be followed by a busy weekend and another busy week.

Shoot, your numbers looked good to me. I wouldn't sweat it. Sounds like a busy time coming up. Yeah, don't wear yourself out and get sick like I did.
