Good morning. No metcon required for me today. We busted our a$$es last night for 7 hours, carrying gear up the steps and all over the roof. Finally got home around 3:00AM and crashed out for 4 hours before getting up to get on a plane to NY. Pretty tired, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now with a vacation starting only a few days from now. Jaysun, sorry for the long post yesterday. Hopefully it didn't crash your phone. Sometimes I write stuff for different people and post it all in the same place. Hope you guys are having a blast at the beach! Have a great day!

5 Rounds of Push-ups for Max Reps: *Rest 90 Seconds between sets. Round 1: 32 Round 2: 26 Round 3: 20 Round 4: 17 Round 5: 18
Comments: Haven't done anything for upper body in a week and a half and just wanted to do something. This hotel also has a pull-up bar in the fitness center so i had to do something. Pull-ups: Good sets here. Strong and consistent. Push-ups: Threw these in just for fun. Not bad. Have a good night!

Well, my son somehow managed to reset and erase my phone back to zero. I finally got everything out of the cloud and set back up. I have done nothing but relax and enjoy vacation. We head back home this afternoon. I'll get back to training eventually.

Glad you were able to restore everything and that you guys are relaxing. I'll be doing that next week.
