Travel WOD: 4 rounds of 50" work and 10" rest of: squats, push ups, lunges, plank hold (arms straight) score is number of reps/seconds in first round. Squats=34 Push Ups=30 Lunges=24 Plank=50" Not too bad. Knee felt mostly good. A little weak feeling at times. Can still feel some moderate inflammation in there. Heading to Huntsville tomorrow. Going to try and get another one in early. Hope y'all have a good night!
