WU: 5RFT of 5 pull ups, 5 four count mtn climbers, 5 push ups TT=3'14" Strength: Push Jerk 45x10 85x5 95*3 105*3 115*3 125*3 135*3 EMOM Conditioning: 4 RFT of 15 wall balls@25#; 50 feet Bear Crawl, 10 K2E TT= 6'14" Switched mtn climbers in my WU since my right knee felt wonky. Have never done push jerks before and they are a lot harder than I thought. It is a form movement. You really have to nail it or you will fail. Conditioning was not too bad. Bear Crawl was the worst. I don't do them much so it makes sense. Hope you had a great day!

It looks like it would take a lot longer than that to me. Great job!
