Conditioning: Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved and Trail 5 Miles, 44:15, 8:50 Pace, 682 Calories
Comments: It's a rare cloudy Saturday morning (80 degrees and humid) so I decided to push it on the running. The heat has had me stuck at a 5K for a while now and I'm trying to work up to at least a 10K again before the summer is over. This is a pretty fun course around where we live, but there is about 200 feet of elevation gain in the last mile and a half. That's always fun... Well, that's it for me today. Probably a rest day tomorrow. Enjoy the weekend!
