WU: 3RFT of 5 dips, 6 HSPU(piked), 7 push ups TT=3'52" Strength: Bench Press EMOM 135*5 185*3 205*3 215*3 225*3 235*3 Conditioning: 20' AMRAP of: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 AbMat sit ups TR=11 plus 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups & 1 AbMat SU My knee needs a break so I am going to be focusing on stuff that doesn't require a lot of knee movement or jumping. I'll probably alternate between push/pull movements. We'll see. That WU includes movements that I am not very good at and it felt more like a work out than a WU. Bench press weak sauce. Struggled on the last set. The conditioning was an alternative to Cindy by subbing AbMat SU 's for squats. The sit ups were a huge time sucker. My abs weren't hurting nor was I winded but it was just slow going. Hope the day treated you well.

Yeah, the warmup looks like a straight up short metcon to me. Tons of tricep work right before bench. Heck, that makes your bench numbers even more impressive. More of the same for conditioning. That's 165 abmat sit-ups! That will eat up some time and it would hurt my abs! Sorry to hear that your knee is still hurting you. Give it some more time and you'll be back at it full speed ahead.

It was a rest day here. I thought about doing something and it almost bothered me not to, but I had just worked out three days in a row pretty hard and I was due for a break. Hoping to hit some bench/pull-ups in tomorrow morning. Out of town tomorrow night so maybe a hotel room metcon or something. Have a good night!
