Conditioning: Metcon For Time: 12 Overhead Press, 40 lb Dumbbells 15 Squats, 135 lbs 20 Burpees 9 Overhead Press, 40 lb Dumbbells 18 Squats, 135 lbs 20 Burpees 6 Overhead Press, 40 lb Dumbbells 21 Squats, 135 lbs 20 Burpees Time: 12:00 Comments: This one is from crossfit main site. I subbed OH DB Press for HSPUs and did all squats as back squats. Scaled the weight a little more than I was going to originally. I didn't have time to warm up this morning and my hamstrings are pretty tight from the leg-intensive training this weekend. I wanted to do 185 lb squats, which would have definitely added more time, but decided to just drop it down to 135. Oh well, it still sucked. It got my heart beating and the sweat pouring. Yes, at 6:00AM... Happy with that time. I have some goodies coming in the mail today and am going to be working on uprading my garage/shop/gym. None of them are training related, but they may free up some space for more training related equipment. Hope you all have a great day!

It looks like a good one. I've got front squats and KBS on the board for today. My garage is in rough shape right now. My ceiling has succumbed to the 40 years of Florida humidity. I almost have enough saved to get it covered with tongue and groove plywood. I was going to do it myself but, honestly i don't have the time nor heart so I'm going to hand it over to a contractor that we have been using for big jobs the past 10+ years.

Thanks man! Didn't know they did that one on the games. It was super tough as written. I'm with you on the ceiling work. Any type of overhead work always sucks. Especially this time of year. That's why I handed over the bathroom exhaust fan (a lot of attic work) to somebody else last week.
Looking forward to seeing the Front Squats and KBS workout!

Nice job on the front squats! 5x225 on those is incredible! Nice work! I like the conditioning too. Not sure if you came up with that or borrowed it, but that is creative and challenging. Nice job!

I only did 3*225. I could've done 5 but, I didn't want to push it. Currently, I am following the WOD's at CF of Fremont, CA. The owners are Freddy Camacho and Chyna Cho. I discovered Freddy's old blog when I was googling for some info on programming. He's been competing in the CF Games since the first one and has qualified every year. He's 53YO so I figure he must be doing something right, plus he's not afraid to call out CFHQ and seems like a good guy. Keep in mind that I made this opinion solely based on reading his thoughts on training, etc. The conditioning was very challenging. Like I said, it was a LONG 12 minutes.

All of your workouts are structured the same, but are just random enough that they appear to have been put together by someone who has more time on their hands to come up with this stuff than you or I do. They look good to me. Good find. Nice job on the Front Squats again. Shoot, no way I could do 1x225!
