WU: 10' of power yoga sun salutations then 10 push ups, 10 squats, 10 pull ups Strength: 5 back squats every 2 minutes for 12 mins: 135*5 205*5 225*5 245*5 255*5 265*5 Conditioning: 500m run then, 20 ball slams@30#, 20 box jumps(24"); 15 ball slams@30#, 15 box jumps, 10 ball slams@30#, 10 box jumps, 5 ball slams@30#, 5 box jumps; 250m run TT=8'21" Notes: WU was much needed. Felt VERY good to stretch out everything and was perfect start to session. Strength was a struggle at first. It's weird because while my front squat is going up, my back squat has become monotonous. Conditioning was not too bad. The ball slams were the worse. Having to pick that sucker up after every rep was where the work was at.

Rough looking metcon too. Both of those movements look tough to me. Good job on the yoga. A gal just posted a video to a yoga workout in the General section that looks pretty tough to me.
