The irony for me is that I almost spit my beer all over the computer when I saw his list. It looks like our strengths are similar. Not sure about the game plan to do less of what you're good at. You have to nurture your strengths too. Don't want to lose them.

I agree...I will say that I have been focusing on handstand stuff, pull ups and OLY lifts and I have gotten a lot better. When I kicked up into a free standing hand stand the other day and held it for over a minute I was so proud of myself. Hell, even my 6YO was proud of me. I never realized how much strength, balance and coordination they required. My next phase is HS walks, then...rope climbs.

Those definitely require a ton of strength. Glad you're making so much progress on them. I had wanted to try them a little more, but get a little nervous about trying them in a crowded space. Rope climbs would be fun too, but I have super low ceilings.
