Yeah, the conditioning definitely looks tough, especially after doing DLs. All of the DUs don't help matter much. Great job! It was a rest day here. I walked about two miles with the girls after I got home from work. Planning to hit some Bench/Pull-ups tomorrow. Hope you have a good night!

Thanks. Not much going on here. The wife took the two oldest boys off for a mom's night and the youngest son and I hung out at the house and swam and watched movies.
