WU: sun salutations then 10 each of Pull-ups, push ups and squats TT=5'45" Strength: establish a 3RM for front squat 205x3 Then EMOM for 5' front squat x3 135, 165, 175, 185, 195 Conditioning: 4RFT of: 15 DB thrusters (25#), 12 TTB, 100m run, 1' rest TT=12'29"(including rest) I SUCK at thrusters! I guess that means I need to do more of them. Pretty happy with that 3RM. Conditioning wasn't too bad, just really hot and humid. Hope you had a good day.

Screw doing thrusters after that though. I bet that conditioning sucked. Good job getting it done though. It was a rest day here (from training). I worked 5 hours and then drove 4 up here to the mountains of VA. Working at VMI tomorrow and then driving home. Hope you have a good night!

Thanks man. The training is going well. I'm glad I stepped up to the L2 stuff. I can feel and see a difference. Now if I could just get my diet under control...
