WU: sun salutations then 10 Pull-ups, squats and push ups TT=4'33" Strength: Push press 3x5@115, 125, 135 then 3x3@145, 155, 165 TT=7'43" Conditioning: AMRAP in 12' of: 16 wall balls, 16 walking lunges with med ball and 16 Ab Mat sit ups TR= 5+16 wall balls, 16 lunges and 9 AMSU's Notes: easy workout other than the lunges. I hate lunges.

I hate lunges. Solid sets on PP and a nice metcon as well. Yes, lunges suck... Rest day here, other than work and a 4 hour a drive. Planning to hit some bench press tomorrow. Probably going to skip pull-ups this week just to make sure my bicep heals. Hope you have a good night!

I could've gone a lot heavier but wanted to give my shoulders a rest. I'm not as young as I used to be.
