Mornin. I'm still trying to decide if I want to to a deload week this week, or just take a week off from lifting and just do some conditioning. If I choose the latter, I will do a deload week next week to get back into the groove. I woke up yesterday with my shoulder hurting like crazy. It is slightly better today, but still not feeling good. No idea what caused that. Anyway, hope you have a good day!

Shoulders are blasted.

Shoulders are blasted. Nice job man! Strong sets on squats and the conditioning looks rough. 30 thrusters @ 115 sounds terrible! I'll bet your shoulders are blasted! Another rest day here. I've decided to take the week off from strength training and really give my body a chance to rest and get fresh. Planning to do two or three conditioning sessions this week though. I'll probably start with a metcon tomorrow evening.
