WU: 5' AMRAP of: 5 95# thrusters and 5 pull ups TR=5 Strength: OHS 5x6 95, 115, 125, 135, 140 E2MO2M Conditioning: 4RFT: 12 C2B, 6 OHS@115#, 100m run TT=9'09" Notes: warm up was a workout; make it 12' and you'd have a killer. The strength was tough. I hit 150x3 a few weeks ago so I feel good about 140x6. The conditioning was quick and dirty. The c2b killed me. My core and back muscles were toast from the OHS. Comments: Still on a deload week. Just wanted to get some more conditioning to keep the blood flowing. Made this one up on the way home from work. It wasn't the easiest 200 reps I've ever done. About 92 degrees in here for this one too. I think the heat is supposed to break next week, finally, so I'm pumped about that. OK, probably a short run on Saturday and that's about it. Hope you all have a good night!

And then there was your second warm-up, I mean metcon. Great work on that! Thanks, yeah I made that WU up myself. I'm really bad at cleans and thrusters. It's the whole wrist, arm flexibility thing. I have a titanium screw in my left wrist and a 14cm titanium plate with 7 screws in my right ulna and my right clavicle is detached from my sternum. The front rack is really uncomfortable...aww, I'm just being a wuss. I just need to eat some humble pie and back off the weight until my flexibility improves. This week has been a tough training week. Pretty hard on my old man body and I still have tomorrow and Saturdays with Fran! I wish I had a hot tub.

Your training has looked really hard all week. Didn't realize you had so many after market parts. That's amazing that you can actually do all of the stuff that you can do. Looking forward to seeing how Fran goes for you. However, I can't think about a hot tub right now. Way too hot outside.
