WU: 7' of standing and floor yoga Strength: Sumo DL 205*7 225*5 255*5 305*3 350*3 385*3 TT=11'20" Conditioning: 16' AMRAP of: 16 one arm(alternating) DB snatch @30#; 16 wall balls @20#; 16 TTB; 200m run TR=3+16 snatches and 16 wall balls Notes: needed the yoga as my hips and back have been tight. Happy with the SDL. That's a PR on DL of any kind. To pull it three times was cool. The conditioning was terrible. The TTB were the time sucker. All I have left is Fran tomorrow...have a great day!

Holy crap dude! 3x385?!?!? That's insane! Congrats! I think that is probably about my current 1RM for regular DL. If your back wasn't tight before that it is now. Good job on the conditioning as well. That is a ton of work in 16 minutes. Great job! Another 11 hour day here. 55 hours for the week. On top of the usual work, I'm listening to podcasts going to and from work and studying, so I'm pretty much fried at this point. The in-laws are here. It's great to have them, but this is two weekends in a row with company and I really just need some time, if that makes sense. Oh well, there is always next weekend. Planning to run in the morning. Looking forward to seeing how you do on Fran. Have a good night!
