Good morning. Ended up having to wake up extra early today and make an extra trip on my way to work, so my morning commute was 2.5 hours. Probably going to take the day off from training now, but am eyeing the metcon posted on CF.com for tomorrow. Hope you have a good day!

I almost worked out when I got home, but decided not to. I'm pretty tired from not sleeping much last night so I'm going to rest and hit a metcon tomorrow.
