Good stuff. Strength: was harder than I thought. I almost wussed out and went 115# but manned up. Glad I did. Conditioning: well, terrible...the S2OH@155# was awful. There was a 14' time cap. So far the best time posted is 9' and change. That was tough. Hope you have a good night.

You're much braver than I am. Way to get it done man. It was a rest day here. Well, 11 hours of work followed by studying, if you want to call that rest.

It was tough. I had to partition the set of 20 BTNPJ. I was happy to get a max set of 20 on the pull ups. Most that I have ever done. This CFoF programming is tough but, it seems to be working. I can see steady gains in my lifts and my times are getting better in my metcons even though the loads are getting heavier.

That's great that the program you're following is working for you. I've noticed a lot of gains on your end that are pretty mind blowing. Keep up the good work!
