Nothing was too hard. Man, you are killing the SDLs! Nice job! To me the SDL > SDHPs look rough in that metcon, at least after already doing DLs. Great looking workout man!

Thanks for the comments on yesterday. Today was still hard, but not as bad. We did everything in reverse order, so most of it was going down the steps under load and up the steps with just body weight. It was a pretty pleasant day to be hanging off the side of a building too, so you can't beat that. After that I treated myself to some Chick Fil A (with a milkshake). Figure I deserved it after all of the hard work. That stuff isn't getting any easier, that's for sure. I was driving for the better part of 5 hours to get home after that. The rest of the week is looking much easier, thankfully. May try to hit some deads tomorrow.

Today's WOD was tough. It wasn't as hard as some but I think I am just adapting to the 5x5. It seemed like a lot at first but, it has gotten easier.
