Pleased with hitting 155x5. The conditioning destroyed me. The 70# KBS followed by push ups....yuck. Hope you have a good day.

That conditioning looks terrible! All of it! Great job getting it all done! Hope you guys don't get hit too bad with that storm. It was a rest day here. Just worked and am babysitting while my wife goes to an event for her company. Taking tomorrow off, so it will be nice to get a 4 day weekend in. Hoping to go for a run tomorrow, but I believe we are supposed to be getting the remnants of that storm, so we'll see how it goes. Just glad it's moving quickly so hopefully any damage will be minimal.

We will have minimal impact from the storm. You'll probably get more from It than us. Thanks, yeah the 155*5 was OHP. It was tough. The first three reps were ok, but those last two...yuck. I almost did my own conditioning but so far, the programming at CFoF is working fine so I stuck with it. The push ups were the time sucker. My shoulders were blasted from the OHP and the KBS@70# burned my arms out. I hate lunges and they were easier than the push ups. Hopefully the storm won't affect you too much. Enjoy the weekend off.
