Drove in terrible traffic to help my brother in law unload furniture and carry to the second floor. Then: WU: 54321 ladder of front squats and Pull-ups 65,85,105,125,135# TT=3'42" Strength: Front Squats 5x5 135,160,180,195,205 TT=6'41" Conditioning: 21-15-9 35# DB Thrusters and 24" box jumps; 100m run between sets TT=7'42" Notes: pretty good workout. The conditioning was ok. The run actually helped me recover. The front squats and thrusters were A2G. Back at it tomorrow!

Nice job man! Sorry to hear about the traffic on your drive, but I'm glad you were able to get home and get one in. Nice looking sets on Front squats. 5x205 is solid. That looks like a gasser of a metcon too. Glad it went better for you than it looks on paper.
