Comments: This is one of those days where not one hair on my body feels like working out, but I'm going for it anyway. And believe me, there are LOTS of hairs, so that makes it even worse. Lol.
Bench: Went ahead and stopped after two on that last set. I knew the third rep wasn't happening and there was no sense in failing on purpose. Very happy with that PR!
Pull-ups: Nothing spectacular here. I've had a lot of pain going from the center of my back up to my left shoulder so pull-ups are pretty painful at the moment. I've had this before. Not sure what it is, so I just work through it.
Burnout Sets: These went well. Nice and strong.
Assistance: This was a lot harder than it looked.
Metcon: Yet another thing that was harder than it looked. The first two rounds were at 135 lbs on the PCs. That became pretty ugly so I dropped it to 115 lbs. Still a very hard metcon.
Glad to have this one in the books. I'm working all 11 hour days this week so it's quickly getting to be a long week. Big game tomorrow night though. Should be a tough one. Have a good night!
