WU: 54321 ladder of squats and TTB 135,185,205,225,245 TT~5' Strength: Squats 5x5@250,260,270,280,290 TT=9'02" Conditioning: 3 five minute rounds of 450m run, 5 Pull-ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats; rest 1' between rounds. TR= 7+5 Pull-ups Notes: strength was no problem. Squats were nice and deep high bars. The conditioning was kind of weird and the third round was terrible. Hope you had a good day.

Awesome sets on squat and the conditioning definitely looked rough. I keep getting redirected to some spam thing after a minute or so on the site. Not sure what that is all about. Conditioning: Metcon
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: 75-lb. power snatches, 10 reps 10 burpees
Rounds: 5 Rounds + 10 Power Snatches
Comments: This is probably a stupid idea to do this metcon today. I haven't gotten much sleep all week and am pretty tired. I'll probably be up late watching the game tonight and then have a long day tomorrow. Sure, let's throw a metcon in there... Also, it's 91 degrees in here for this. The forecast says it is going to get cooler starting Sunday. I'm hoping this may be the last 90+ degree garage workout of the year. Definitely looking forward to some cooler weather. Metcon: Got this from CF.com. At least it is a short one. Easy? No. Short? Yes. Dropping the weight from 95 lbs down to 75 lbs. I feel like this one should be done at a weight that you can at least get 5-6+ good looking reps of and I can't do that at 95 lbs. So 75 it is. OK, let's get sweaty... Well, that was fun. Definitely got sweaty. Happy with those results. I thought I would only get 4 rounds plus a few reps. Had NFL Network playing in the background and started getting hyped up from all of the game coverage. It should be a tough game, that's for sure. Hope you all have a good night. Go Panthers!
