It looks like Pro Boards fixed the spam thing that was happening yesterday.
It was a rest day here. Got maybe 5 hours of sleep last night and then had a fairly rough day at work. Everything was pretty slow paced and relaxed, but it was still work. Think several farmers carries with moderate weight, climbing ladders and building things out of wood. The last two hours were outside in 90+ degree weather. Not too bad though. On the way home my car ran out of oil again, so the check engine light came on and it wouldn't go above about 50 mph. That was definitely the most stressful part of the day. Not sure why that keeps happening. Very tired tonight, that's for sure. OK, that's enough whining. Hope you had a good day and have a great weekend.

WU: 10' of yoga Strength: EMOM for 5' HPS x2@95,105,115,120,125 then EMOM for 5' HPSx1@115,120,125,130,135 Conditioning: 650m recovery freestyle swim TT=12'02 Notes: felt beat down today after a stressful week at work and home. My right hip/buttock & leg has been bothering me (hence the 10' of yoga) and HPS was not what I wanted. Give me plain old snatches any day. Sooooo... strength was a grinder but had decent numbers and form was mostly good. CFoFreemont had a decent looking metcon planned but I started it and when I got to the burpee box jumps I did three and said, "Screw this... it's Friday, I'm tired, hot and sore; plus I have a coaches meeting later AND most importantly, I NEED a beer. I have a great pool so I am going to do something different today." So I went swimming. It was nice but now my shoulders are sore. Can't win for losing. Soccer starts Monday at 530pm and I am again coaching two teams. U8 co-ed with #2 & #3 under my tutelage and U10 with #1. Should be an interesting season. Hope you have a great weekend.

Good looking workout, even if you were limited. Solis sets on HPS. Shoot, I like that lift. That's awesome that you have the pool. I'd be taking advantage of that for sure. Sorry to hear that life has been so stressful. It's been like that here too. Good call on taking it easy when you're feeling beat down. I'm sure that will pay off. Soccer season is back already? Man, you are a busy guy! I know it's rewarding for you though and I'm pumped for you. Hope you guys have a good weekend!
