It was a rest day here from training. VERY busy day at work. Ended up climbing two 30 foot ladders at the top of a twenty story building and peeking my head out of a hatch in the roof and seeing for twenty miles or so. That was pretty cool. I may do a light workout/metcon tomorrow. Planning to max out Wednesday or Thursday evening. Hope you had a good day!

WU: 12345 ladder of pull ups and OHP@65,85,105,125,135 TT=4'43" Strength: Push Press 5x5@125,135,145,155,165 TT=8'28" Conditioning: For time: 30 burpees, 30 pull ups, 200m run, 20 burpees, 20 Pull-ups, 200m run, 10 burpees, 10 Pull-ups, 200m run 14' time cap TT=15'03" Notes: a variation of my recent WU. I reversed it so my last 5 are the first 5 on the 5x5. Strength was surprising. I pushed 165x5 easily so happy with that. The conditioning was ABSOLUTELY terrible! Just terrible. I missed the time cap due to having to partition the pull ups into sets of 5 or 6. Oh well, at least I did it. Soccer practice started tonight and it was busy and fun. I think everyone had a great time. It's going to be a busy and long season. We go right up to the week before Thanksgiving. The new league is going to be a much better experience.

Strong sets on Push Press and yes, that conditioning looks terrible! Good showing on it at least. Glad you guys are digging the new soccer league!
