WU: 12345 ladder of Pull-ups and OHS@65,85,105,125,135 TT=5'30" Strength: OHS 5x5 135,140,145,150,155 TT=7'18" Conditioning: 7' AMRAP of: 8 one arm DB snatch@45# and 10 box jumps TR=6+8 DBS and 6 box jumps; rest exactly 3 mins then 400m run TT=1'44" Notes: slowly becoming a well-rounded weightlifter. I remember when I struggled to get 10 45# OHS and now I'm busting out sets of five at well over 100#. Heck, I'm closer to 200# than 100#. Hmmm, I wonder what my 1RM is? The 155x5 is a PR. It is such a form movement... anyway... The conditioning was a gasser but that 400m time is weak sauce. In my defense, my right foot is sore and my route is a "circle" around my yard and blahblahblah...weak sauce is what it is. Hope you had a good day.

Nice job! Stout numbers on OHS! Congrats on the PR! Yeah, I'd say you are definitely becoming a more well rounded weight lifter. You are definitely killing it on the variety. The conditioning looked rough too. Don't beat yourself up over the 400. You'll get it next time.
Lots of work here today. No training. Still hoping to max out later this week.
