Good evening. It was yet another rest day here. I'm starting to sound like one of those big dudes who just goes in the gym once a week, lifts a bunch of weight and then goes home and drinks beer. It's been a pretty decent week in that regard. Lol. Hope you have a good night!

Well, my sleep has been off this whole week and I was absolutely beat today. I had two soccer practices this afternoon and for the second one I scrimmaged with U10 boys. I did not train...felt weird but I did get an active recovery day in. My U8 co-ed team is in good shape but my U10 boys are sucking wind. We have a 60mx40m field and play 6v6 which means that we have a goalkeeper and then five on the field. That's a lot of space for the kids to move around in. Anyway...
