This was a rest day from training. I did a fair amount of manual labor at work though. We carried a piece of equipment weighing over 100 lbs all over a large roof top area. Tons of farmer's carries, squats, etc. My back is feeling it today.

WU: 12345 ladder of push jerks@65,85,105,125,140 and Pull-ups TT~6' Strength: Push Jerks 5x5@145,155,165,175,185** TT~8' Conditioning: 12' AMRAP of: 12 Pull-ups, 10 OHP@105#, 8 DB lunges @50# TR=5 Notes: pretty sure that I posted this yesterday but it wasn't there. Anyway, happy with everything. Especially the PJ. 185x5 was tough but man, I patted myself on the back with some beer for that. The conditioning was awful.

That's awesome! The conditioning looked tough too. Great job on all of it!

Thanks. It was tough. The first two reps were solid with a good foot stomp, the third rep was shaky at the top, the fourth was basically a half-ass push press and the fifth was a full PJ.
