WU: 2,2,3,4,5 of OHP@65,85,105,125,135 and pull ups TT=5'23" Strength: Push Press 5x5 135,155,165,175,180** TT=6'07" Conditioning: 15' AMRAP of: 30 push balls@22#(wall ball w/out squat)10 foot target; 20 box jumps; 10 push ups TR=5+30 push balls+15 box jumps Notes: going to start increasing the pull up numbers by one every third day. 12345/22345/23345/23445 and so on. Strength was hard. I did get a PR though with 180*5. That makes several PR's in my strength this week. Overall, the programming at CFoF is working for me. The conditioning was not too bad but I don't like box jumps. Anyway, hope you have a good weekend.

Are you just going to increase the first set? Glad to hear that the CFoF is working for you. That's all that really matters. Honestly, your work sets have been impressing me this entire time. You just blow through some heavy sets like its nothing. Keep killing it man! It was a rest day here. My right knee is killing me. Maybe the 200 lunges earlier in the week and then the jumping rope and box jump overs got me. Either way. I had planned to do a 5 Mile run tomorrow. That may just be a 5K now. We'll see. Enjoying some beers in the (finally) 70 degree garage and listening to some music. Loving the cooler weather. Anyway, we'll see how things are feeling tomorrow morning.
