Yeah, the two I was most impressed with were the 358#x3 OHPress and the last guy squatting. His name is Tom Platz, BB & PL in the late 70's thru 90's. Legend has it that he would ride his bike 25 miles to the gym, train for 4-6hours(legs only) and then ride back home. Needless to say he wasn't scared of needles.

I was thinking about that this morning (over 24 hours since I watched the video). That's the one that sticks out in my head the most. I wonder what it would be like to just say, "OK, I'm going to OH Press 358 lbs for a few reps." Must be nice... I don't think I could even hold close to that weight over my head, much less press it.
