WU: 23345 ladder of Pull-ups and OHS@65,85,105,125,135 TT=5'38" Strength: find a 5RM for OHS 175# Conditioning: 10' AMRAP of: 10 one arm DB snatches @50#(alternating); 5 35# plate burpees; 35# OH plate walk 50m TR=5 Notes: we had a busy weekend. Three soccer games on Saturday and I had to go to my grannie's house Sunday as she passed away Saturday. We knew it was coming so we were as prepared as we could be. We will miss her but she is now free. The funeral is tomorrow so it will likely be a rest day. Today's workout wasn't too bad. The 175x5 OHS is an all-time high. Very good form as well. The conditioning made me sweat but it wasn't too hard. Plate burpees are just burpees but you move a 35# plate from ground to OH when you stand back up after the push up. OH plate walk got harder at the end. Hope you had a good day.

Very, very sorry to hear of the loss of your grandmother. It sounds like she had a very long and full life and you all are really lucky to have been a part of it. You and your family are in my prayers.

3 rounds for time of: 30-lb. dumbbell shoulder presses, 30 reps 30-lb. weighted pull-ups, 20 reps 30-lb. weighted dips, 10 reps
Time: 18:52
Comments: Dug this one up from two years ago. Decided to do an all upper body metcon to continue to stay off the knee. This one was pretty slow moving. The pull-ups took forever. All sets of 3. Oh well, got the blood flowing a little. That will do for this week. Tomorrow will be a rest day and then I'll try to hit squats on Wednesday or Thursday. Hopefully the knee will be better by then. Have a good night!

That looks terrible anyways. Sorry that your knee is hurting. I completely sympathize...been there and done that. We are leaving for the funeral today (Tuesday) and thanks for the thoughts and prayers. It will be a rest day and one of fellowship with friends and family.
