WU/Strength: 34445 reps of DL and Pull-ups DL loads=135,205,255,305,370*** goal was to establish a 5RM. Which I did. 370x5! Conditioning: 3RFT: 15 25# ball slams; 15 TTB; 15 box jumps 24" TT=6'14" Notes: fairly easy workout. I probably could have gotten 375-380 but hey...not taking chances with my back. The conditioning was actually easy and right now I am in first place at CFoF in both categories. Hope that your day wasn't too hard.

You're in first place on this forum too. My day wasn't too bad, but it reaggravated my knee. That was mainly from being down on my knees a lot on a concrete slab. Just got a haircut and it hurt like crazy just to sit for thirty minutes with my knee bent. I'm not sure what to do, other than try and rest it. Work was a decent metcon today. The highlight, at least to read about, was carrying a stack of six 2x4 studs that were duck taped together a few hundred yards, then up two floors in a parking garage, through a building and up another flight of steps to where they needed to go. I was also wearing a 50 lb backpack while carrying the 2x4's. After that I made another trip with some stuff that weighed less. Then we got to the actual work. Anyway, I'd be crazy to do a metcon right now. I may just ice the knee instead. Hope you have a good night!
