WU/Strength: 44455 reps of push press and pull ups. Work up to a 5RM=185# TT=7'52" Conditioning: 12' AMRAP of: 15 wall balls @25#/15 push balls @25#/15 Ab Mat sit ups TR=6+15 WB's + 15 PB's Notes: getting tired of maxing out. Ready for the next phase. Barely got the 185. The conditioning was mid range tough. Made me sweat. Hope you had a great day.

That's still a solid max though. Good job on the conditioning too. Decent day here. I was up in VA working when my wife called me in tears. She sprained her ankle at the park with my daughter and could barely walk back to the car. I ended up loading everything up and calling it a day and drove the 2 hours back here to help out around the house. On a lighter note, I'll probably take a 3 day weekend now. Of course, that means I'll be cooking, cleaning, chasing the kid around, etc.
