WU: 44455 reps of HSKU's and four count Mtn climbers TT=2'58" Strength: EMOM OHP 5x3 135,145,155,165,175* TT=5'08" Conditioning: 2 hours of soccer practice. One hour having fun with U8 kids. Second hour spent subbing for a missing kid going full speed. Sore this morning and my ankles hurt from being kicked.
