WU: 44455 reps of Pull-ups and SDL 135,185,205,255,305 Strength: SDL 5x3 305,325,345,365,385 TT=16'59" (this includes WU) Conditioning: 12' AMRAP: 12 KBDL@53#; 10 SDLHP@55#; 8 KBS@53#; 200m run TR=4+12 KBDL+4 SDLHP Notes: lost track of time when transitioning from WU to strength. The SDL were heavy! Ugh! Most weight I have ever DL...ever. The conditioning was not too bad. The run was the worst. Going in to make spaghetti for the boys. Hopefully we will get the van back today. Turns out it was the timing chain and some of the little brackets and gears around it. Hurricane Matthew slowed down the delivery of the parts.

No matter what kind that is a lot of weight. Great job! Glad you're getting the van back soon. Worked another 13.5 hour yesterday so no training here.

Yeah, Sumo deadlift. I feel like I work 13 hour days when you add in all the sports and kid stuff I do.
