WU: 44555 reps of DHPU's and push press 65,85,105,125,135 Strength: Push Press 5x3 145,155,165,175,185 TT=11'54" (time includes WU) Conditioning: EMOM for 12' alternating 12 burpees with 12 TTB scale as needed but is only Rx as written my results=Rx Notes: fairly easy strength session but the conditioning was TERRIBLE! Barely got Rx...off to the showers then meeting the wife for dinner.

Barely got Rx...off to the showers then meeting the wife for dinner. Nice job man! Very strong on the Push Press! Yeah, that's 72 burpees and 72 TTB in 12 minutes. That'll definitely get the heart beating... Long day here. It was supposed to be a pretty easy day in the office and I was going to be gone by lunch time, but ended up getting sucked into some stuff and worked 9.5 hours today. That's 55 on the week. Plus, it was one of those days where everybody around you drives like an a$$hole and then you get home to find that your wife just got a bad flat tire in the new van so you get to change that when you really just wanted a cold beer. Not to mention having to pay to replace it. Blah blah blah... Sorry. Done venting. This beer tastes amazing. Hope you all have a good dinner!
