WU/Strength: 44555 reps of Pull-ups and 5x3 front squats. FS loads: 135,155,175,195,215 TT~9' Conditioning: 13' AMRAP of: 16 KBS@55#; 16 goblet squats@55#; 16 K2E TR=5+4 KBS Notes: we had a teacher planning day today. I was able to get a lot done at work. I left a bit early and went home and worked out and then watched the first half of the English Premier League game of Manchester United v Liverpool. Didn't meet the hype. Went picked up the boys and got ready for soccer practice. The WOD wasn't too bad. The conditioning was taxing. Soccer practice went well and both of my teams are progressing nicely. Both are still undefeated. Hope you had a good day.

Carried wood up the steps for 2 hours+ so my legs are shot and that will be my metcon for the day. Back at it today. Hope you all have a good one.
