WU/Strength: 5x3 HSKU's and DL's loads=325,325,325,325,325 TT~12' Conditioning: 20 DL; 10 C2B; 15 DL; 10 C2B; 10 DL; 10 C2B; 5 DL; 10 C2B; 50 Ab Mat sit ups TT=10'45" Notes: overall, it was a tough WOD. The conditioning was absolutely pain inducing. Got it done as I will be running errands tomorrow afternoon and then have soccer. Hope you had a good day.

Strong looking workout all around. Today was supposed to be an easy day for me, but of course, it turned into a circus. After getting home late last night, I got called back down to Charlotte this morning and put in another hard 8 hours of work after driving 3 hours to get here. My feet are destroyed. Had to park half a mile from the job site and made multiple trips under load, only to get to the site and have to take the stuff up the steps, etc. I must not be lacing my boots tight enough. The skin is rubbing off of my heels. It sucks. Anyway, I'll stop b!tching. Hope you have a good night.
