Conditioning: Work this week
Comments: Still beat from a long week, but wanted to go ahead and get the other deload workout done. Trying to get it done fast too as my daughter is about to wake up from her nap. Strength: Did Bench sets every 30 seconds. For OHP/Pull-ups I switched to a little less than EMOM. Just going through the motions. The time limits made it pretty hard. Assistance: My daughter had woken up by the time I finished strength so I brought her out here while I did assistance. It was fun. Had to be extra mindfull of where she was, but had a great time. She loved the counting practice and was laughing at me while I did ring rows. Well, may run tomorrow or may just get some rest. Planning to start my next cycle this coming week. Have a great night!
