WU/Strength: 10-8-6-4 of Pull-ups and OHP@45,65,85,115,135 then OHP 5x3 140,150,160,170,180 TT=14'45" Conditioning: 15' AMRAP: 225m run, 20 wall balls@25#; 10 HSPU(85° angle) TR=6+225m run Notes: first WOD in about 4-5 days other than soccer practice. Felt really weak on OHP. At first, the conditioning was terrible, but I put my head down and went at it. That last run almost made me puke. Hope you had a good day.

Didn't look weak on OHP, that's for sure. That conditioning looks tough. Good job on that and I'm glad you didn't have a mess to clean up afterwards, although it would've made a great story. It was a rest day here. Very busy in the office. Planning to hit some Bench and a metcon tomorrow after work.
