Bench Work up to a 5 Rep Max for the day: 5x135, 165, 185, 205
Widowmaker: 20x125 lbs
Time: 8:38
Assistance 4 Rounds: 12 Close-Grip Bench, 115 lbs One Set of Close-Grip Pull-ups for Max Reps: 8, 8, 8, 7 12 Reverse Hypers
Time: 8:22
Conditioning: Metcon
3 Rounds for Time of: 10 Strict Knees to Elbows 95-lb. Power Snatches, 10 reps 10 Strict Knees to Elbows 10 Burpees
Time: 11:50
Comments: Did some manual labor at work today, but not done yet! Bench: Decent opening workout. I could tell 205 was it so I didn't bother moving on from there. No video because I had planned on videoing the following set, which never happened... Assistance: Just threw some pull-ups in to break up the sets a little. Technically, those were "hammer grip". Good stuff. Metcon: That was a lot tougher than it looked on paper. The power snatches were the worst part, and I even scaled those down from 155 lbs. Honestly, I can't call those reps power snatches. Ground to Overheads are more like it. Glad to get that one done. Sweating pretty good. OK, just a run left to do this week. Have a good night!

No training for me today other than soccer practice. The wife and I are going out of town on a camping trip with NO KIDS until Monday afternoon. Yay for us! So, I had a lot to do. I'll still have a lot to do tomorrow before we leave.
