WU: 3-6-9 reps of HSKU's, dips, GHDSU'S TT=4'44" Strength: 5x3 Push jerk's 135,145,155,165,175 TT=6'18" Conditioning: 14' AMRAP: 15 push ups, 25 sit ups, 100 single unders TR= 5+15 Push ups + 25 sit ups+ 13 single unders Notes: can definitely tell that I have not been training regularly. Strength is down. The PJ's were tough. Conditioning wasn't too bad. All sets unbroken. Hope you have a great day.

At least that felt pretty decent for you. Strong sets and a good effort nonetheless. Work ended up taking forever and I didn't get home until almost 7:00PM tonight. Then when I walked in the house there were ants getting in from under the threshold of the front door. I ended up putting a tube of caulk (for patching concrete and mortar) on the outside and some clear silicone on the inside to seal it off. There was about a half inch gap between the brick and the bottom of the threshold on the outside. That may be OK, but I'm betting caulking it wasn't going to hurt anything. There was no flashing so I doubt anything was supposed to drain from there. Sorry for all of the details, I deal with this stuff at work a lot. Anyway, long story short, I did a fair amount of manual labor at work today and again when I got home, so no time to workout. May try to hit something tomorrow.
