Oh well, off to a soccer game. Both teams still undefeated.

Comments: Just doing OHP today. Was going to superset with some sort of pull exercise, but the metcon I'm doing has 75 chest to bar pull-ups in it so that should suffice. Arms are still pretty smoked from Bench and Pull-ups last night. Plus I did a fair amount of manual labor at work today. We'll see how it goes... Hopefully this one will move pretty quickly. Overhead Press: Absolutely shocked with that PR! Feels good to be getting a few of those, especially on a lift I haven't done consistently in a while. Assistance: These sucked pretty bad after already doing a fair amount of OHP. Metcon: This one was from crossfit. It was supposed to be 30 walking lunges. Those would hurt my knee really bad so I subbed box step-ups. Had some knee pain, but worked through it. Chest to bar pull-ups were mostly sets of 5. Pretty good time. Well, it was a good week as far as training goes. Still need to go for a run on Saturday. Hope you all have a good night!
