Comments: Ended up getting home a lot later than I thought I would from work and am pretty beat from a long weekend of working at the house. Wanted to try and get one in anyway. Going to do some variations this week just to mix things up.
Front Squat: I forgot how much these sucked. Just glad to get that set in at 185. They are more uncomfortable than anything.
Block Pulls: My back has been hurting so I put the bar up off the floor about 6 inches or so. Nothing special here. Could have kept going but stopped at 315.
Assistance: Interesting combo. Probably more of an arm burner than anything.
Sprints: Can't believe I'm saying this, but that was easy. I think it's because it is only 50 degrees out here, not 90.
