Happy with the PR! I feel good knowing that I can press my BW over my head. The conditioning was terrible. Rx was 155# for the first round then 135# going down. I just did 135# across the board. Almost missed the time cap.

Almost missed the time cap. Nice job man! Congrats on the PR! Yeah, that conditioning looks rough. 135 is still brutal on that. Glad you got off early to vote. I voted almost two weeks ago. Not a fan of any of these candidates and am not looking forward to the next four years, no matter who is president. Taking a rest day here. After all of the work this weekend and last night's workout, I'm due for a day off. Just going to hang with the family tonight.
