Lower Body Assistance (Deload)
Squats Assistance 3 Rounds, NFT: 5 Squats @ 50% of 1RM, 135 lbs 5 Strict Pull-ups *No rest between rounds
Deadlifts Assistance
Note your 1RM for Deadlift: 420 lbs
3 Rounds, NFT: 5 Deficit Deadlifts @ 50% of 1RM (210 lbs) 5 Good Mornings, 95 lbs *No rest between rounds
Total Time: 6:48
Comments: Wow, it took more time to rack all of the weights than it did to do the workout. I guess that's the nature of the deload workout… On Deadlifts I achieved the deficit by using 35 lb black iron plates (which have about a 2.5 to 3 inch smaller diameter than the 45's. Also, I wore shoes. Good workout. Flying down to Texas this morning. Going to try and do a run tomorrow and a hotel room metcon Wednesday. Hope you have a good day.

Not too hard not too heavy, although the squats were a bit of a grinder. I will have to get used to having a little more volume than doing singles and doubles. I have to boogie, have to pick up a lunch for my oldest son and meet him at his school hoping you're having a good day. Nice job on your lower body this morning.

I'm playing around with some stuff and well, I just kind of got caught up. I borrowed it from a Sheiko routine. I had the morning off so I was dicking around.
